Veera Dheera Sooran Part 2

“Veera Dheera Sooran” is a 2025 Tamil action thriller film directed and written by S. U. Arun Kumar and produced by Riya Shibu under HR Pictures. The film features Vikram in the central role, along with S. J. Suryah, Suraj Venjaramood, and Dushara Vijayan in pivotal roles.

Based in Madurai on the eve of a temple festival, the plot takes off as the tension builds between “SP Arunagiri” (SJ Suryah) and erstwhile gangster “Periyavar Ravi.” Ravi intends to murder Arunagiri and turns to his now-retired second-in-command, “Kaali,” (Vikram) who has settled down as a quiet shopkeeper with his wife “Kalai” (Dushara Vijayan). Reluctant as he is, Kaali does agree to assist him. With the help of Venkat, he arranges the hit, but things do not quite go as planned because of Venkat's seizure and an exploding device that malfunctions.

Ravi’s son Kannan becomes violent and threatens Kaali’s family. A flashback reveals that Kaali’s friend Dilip was once killed by Ravi, which fuels Kaali’s decision to take revenge. He kills Ravi’s son-in-law and informs Arunagiri about Kannan’s whereabouts. When Kaali meets Kannan and his men, a twist unfolds, Kannan’s mother reveals a traitor is among them. In confusion, Kannan kills his own men. Later, Kannan learns Kaali is the mole. A brutal fight breaks out where Kaali dismembers and kills Kannan, and Arunagiri promises Kaali’s safety.

Kaali confesses to Kalai, but Venkat, who overhears, runs away. In the final act, Ravi and his men confront Kaali. Using his clever setup with explosives strapped to his leg, Kaali eliminates them and tells Ravi’s wife he did it to protect his family.
